Moonroof to the Milky Way

$85.00

Throughout the summer in Alaska, you can go months without seeing the night sky. With the sun setting around midnight on the longest day of the year, the skies never get dark. When the cold fall air returns to Alaska, so do the stars and fill the dark secluded skies. Deciding not to be scared of moving at night, I hiked to the nearest ice cave, —something I highly suggest you don’t do without a guide— hoping to see the northern lights. As I started exploring to see how deep it goes, this moon roof appeared, and the stars lit up what would otherwise be a cold dark cave.

Image is printed on a 13”x 19” sheet of Epson Cold Press Natural Fine Art Paper, with a 1” border. Frame not included. Contact for larger custom prints.
